1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the l777 platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the website, registering, or using any service, the user is considered to have fully read and accepted these Terms.

l777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are published will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms. Users are advised to review this page regularly.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on l777 and participate in any games or betting activities, the user must be at least 21 years of age. l777 may request an identity document or relevant proof at any time to verify age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, l777 reserves the right to cancel all such accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep the name, mobile number, date of birth and other information provided at registration accurate and up to date. Registering with false information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

3. Account Security and Password

Users must keep their password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to the l777 support team immediately. Sharing login details with third parties is strictly prohibited, and the user is solely responsible for any loss resulting from such sharing.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

l777 accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfers (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major commercial banks) for deposits. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a request is approved, payment is generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Identity Verification

l777 may request identity verification before processing large withdrawals or for security purposes. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if the required documents are not submitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at l777, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Users should fully understand the terms before claiming this bonus.

• If a bonus is claimed, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Example: If a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,200; before withdrawing, a wager of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be completed.
• Bonuses are not cash; they are conditional rewards.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled.

6. VIP Program and Cashback

l777 has four VIP tiers for regular players: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback on the week's net losses
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback on the week's net losses
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net losses
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback on the week's net losses

Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week to arrive at net losses, then applying the applicable rate. For example, if a Gold member's net losses for the week are ৳20,000, cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

7. Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fair Play Obligation

All games on the l777 platform are conducted on the basis of fairness. Using any automated bots, software or techniques to gain an undue advantage is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to earn bonuses using multiple accounts
• Exploiting any technical error or system vulnerability
• Coordinating with other players to fix outcomes, also known as "collusion"
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Conducting transactions using a false identity or another person's details

For any of the above violations, l777 reserves the right to close the account and not return the associated funds.

8. Mobile App Usage

The l777 Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. These Terms apply in full to use of the app. l777 will not be liable for any issues arising from apps downloaded from third-party sites other than official sources.

9. Privacy and Data Retention

How personal information is collected, stored and used is discussed in detail in our Privacy Policy. Using this platform also constitutes consent to the Privacy Policy.

l777 retains transaction records and account activity logs for the period required by applicable law. Even if an account is closed for any reason, certain information may be retained to meet legal obligations.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

If a user breaches these Terms and l777 suffers any loss as a result, it is that user's responsibility to cover such loss.

12. Account Closure and Suspension

12.1 At the User's Request

Any user may close their account at any time by contacting the l777 support team. The user will be given the opportunity to withdraw the available balance before closure, unless the balance is subject to forfeiture due to unmet conditions.

12.2 At l777's Discretion

l777 may suspend or permanently close any account without notice due to a breach of these Terms, fraud or legal reasons.
